Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. in Penn Hills, PA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant to maintain buildings and grounds and perform custodial tasks in the Penn Hills and Monroeville areas.

The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off, and requires knowledge of preventive maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical principles, and related skills. Qualifications

Experience with preventive maintenance of buildings and equipment.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical principles, welding, refrigeration/AC, and boiler systems.
Ability to read and write; valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Provide building maintenance and custodial services.
Perform grounds keeping tasks to keep grounds in good condition.
Ensure buildings and grounds are clean and functioning properly.
