Job summary

Lifesteps Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Penn Hills and Monroeville areas. You will perform building maintenance, custodial and grounds-keeping tasks to keep facilities clean and functional.

The role operates Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm with weekends off, and offers a strong benefits package within a nonprofit community service setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance and basic systems repair.
• Ability to read and write, and possess a valid PA driver’s license.
• Preferred certification in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide building maintenance, custodial and grounds-keeping services.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean and in working condition.
• Position runs Monday through Friday 7:30am–4:00pm, weekends off.

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Penn Hills and Monroevilleareas.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair


• Ability to read and write


• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Building Maintenance Certification
