Lifesteps is hiring a Full‑Time, entry level Groundskeeper and Maintenance Attendant for Beaver County.

Position Summary

The position is responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings are clean and in efficient working condition.

Main Duties

• Grass cutting, trimming hedges and bushes, snow removal.
• Light plumbing, painting, drywall repair.
• Knowledge of electrical work, HVAC, and basic welding is helpful.

This full‑time position works Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Beaver, PA location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge with lawn tools and basic household tools.
• Prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler system repair is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license legally permitting operation of a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.
