Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. in Penn Hills, PA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant to maintain buildings and grounds and perform custodial tasks in the Penn Hills and Monroeville areas.

The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off, and requires knowledge of preventive maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical principles, and related skills. Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical principles, welding, refrigeration/AC, and boiler systems.
• Ability to read and write; valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide building maintenance and custodial services.
• Perform grounds keeping tasks to keep grounds in good condition.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are clean and functioning properly.

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Penn Hills and Monroevilleareas.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
• Ability to read and write
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
