Costello Companies is seeking a Maintenance & Grounds Technician to support the Site Manager in operating apartment and townhome communities. The role covers interior and exterior maintenance, ensuring appliances, HVAC, and lighting function properly, and delivering reliable service to residents.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous remodeling or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliance repairs, improvements, and other maintenance duties.
• Get units rent ready when they are vacated.
• Complete sidewalk snow removal for 2" or less.
• Maintain the grounds by picking up trash, maintain trash receptacles, and pull weeds every week.
• Perform inspections of grounds and tenant units with the Site Managers and/or Regional Managers.
• Provide efficient customer service to residents.
