Job summary

Avalon Village by American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community’s physical plant and grounds in top condition. The role focuses on safety, aesthetics and a welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Full-Time, On-Call Every other Weekend. Prior maintenance experience is helpful; drywall, plumbing, painting are valued skills. High school diploma or GED required along with CARE values in daily work.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred: drywall, plumbing, painting.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds.
