Job Description

We are accepting resumes for various maintenance roles, including Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technicians, Groundskeeper, and Housekeeper positions.

Ideal maintenance candidates will have general knowledge of plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical repairs, and appliances to perform facility maintenance at our apartment complexes. HVAC certification or CFC certification is preferred. No experience is needed for Groundskeeper or Housekeeper positions, although prior experience is a plus.
