Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment across various departments of the feed mill. The role requires lifting, bending, and operating powered tools, with a base pay of $20.90/hour and a daytime shift strategy in a 30-mile radius of the facility.

Applicants must have 6 months of operator experience and 3–5 years of related industrial experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Relocation and travel not indicated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational preferred, or combination of education/experience.
• Six (6) months operator experience with one employer in the last 12 months.
• Three to five years related experience in an industrial setting/relevant work experience.
• Must be able to read and write to follow maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper equipment utilization.
