The position is cross-trained across all production duties and requires a valid driver's license. You will disassemble/assemble equipment, operate mobile gear, follow LOTO procedures, and work overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• Up to six months of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance; agriculture milling experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills for training purposes.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to obtain and retain PIT Certification

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble equipment.
• Housekeeping responsibilities.
• Operate and maintain mobile equipment.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Engage in physical activities such as climbing, standing, bending, sitting, and carrying/pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs multiple times monthly.
• Work in varying temperature conditions, both hot and cold.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Work at heights.
