Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the feed mill who will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment across departments. The role requires climbing, bending, and lifting, with safety as a priority, and includes data entry into handheld devices.

Qualification includes 6 months of operator experience and 3–5 years in an industrial setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 1st shift based in the United States, Mississippi area.

Qualifications

• Six months operator experience with one employer in the previous 12 months.
• Three to five years related industrial experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment across mill departments.
• Operate, set up, and shut down equipment per Tyson procedures.
• Work with contractors to ensure proper equipment usage.
• Enter data into handheld computer systems and maintain records.
• Follow safety policies; use basic hand and power tools.
