Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Generalist to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems in a fresh food manufacturing environment. The role supports production while ensuring compliance with Tyson policies and food safety standards.

You will work across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, follow CMMS work orders, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore operations quickly.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and follow work orders.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
