Tyson Foods, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and assets while upholding safety. You will monitor production equipment, document corrections, and perform preventive maintenance on weekends.

The role requires adherence to Lockout/Tagout procedures and OSHA standards, with additional responsibilities across the facility. The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of maintenance experience (or enrollment in a maintenance/mechanical program) and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of maintenance experience required.
• Enrollment in a maintenance/mechanical program may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Ability to follow Safety Rules including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA standards.

Responsabilités

• Monitors equipment during production and performs repairs or adjustments.
• Documents any corrections required and performs preventive maintenance on weekends.
• Rebuilds equipment as needed and assists with new equipment installation.
• Maintains facility equipment and assists maintenance personnel across the plant.
• Handles greasing, oil changes, cleaning and inspection of plant equipment.
• Complies with safety rules and works with others to pass information.
• Works on various devices, climbs ladders, and can move heavy equipment (>40 lbs).
• Is available for weekend shifts and other shifts as required.
