Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance/construction experience.
• Supervisory or lead role experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains existing physical plants in safe, comfortable condition daily.
• Schedules work requests across clusters and evaluates workloads.
• Reviews work orders and data to meet standards.
• Performs site visits and consults with principals on needs.
• Maintains building system records and resources.
• Ensures safety standards and on-call coverage for emergencies.
