Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and schematics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily work activities of assigned crew or co-workers and ensures priorities are met.
• Performs maintenance tasks in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry as needed.
• Inspects systems and performs preventative maintenance to prevent failures.
• Communicates with supervisor and other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensures safety and proper use of equipment on job sites.
