Responsibilities

• Supervise safe and efficient field operations for assigned job site(s), ensuring compliance with Allan Myers policies, procedures, and programs. (Night shift)
• Model and reinforce Allan Myers Core Values, including safety, ethics, and collaboration.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in equipment operation (e.g., MEWP, skid steer, forklift) and mechanical repairs.
• Supervise hourly crew members, plan and schedule manpower and equipment, and manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, maximize equipment utilization, and communicate productivity and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols, conduct preplanning, and enforce safety procedures among crew and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with other managers and the customer, provide on-the-job training, and communicate performance expectations.
• Maintain documentation, manage project schedules and budgets, and review pre-job checklists.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience on a mine site.
• Welding certification preferred.
