Maintenance Foreman (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe and efficient field operations for assigned job site(s). Conduct and direct all work in accordance with Allan Myers policies, procedures, and programs. (Night Shift)
• Communicate, model, and reinforce Allan Myers culture and leadership practices, including values, safety, ethics, and teamwork.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in equipment operation (MEWP, skid steer, forklift, etc.) and mechanical repairs.
• Supervise crew members, plan/schedule manpower and equipment, and manage deliveries ensuring safety, profit, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, maximize equipment utilization, and communicate productivity and quality standards.
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct preplanning, and ensure proper safety and PPE use.
• Coordinate with other managers and the customer, provide training, and manage performance documentation.
• Administer disciplinary actions and promote teamwork, motivation, and development.
• Review project documentation, interpret reports, and control materials and supplies.

Salary Range: $70k-$75K/Year
