Salary: $22.00-$36.00/hourly

Schedule: 4 DAY WORK WEEK - Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm-3:00am

Benefits: 10% shift differential, $2500 Signing Bonus (50% paid after 30 days, remaining after 90 days)

Job Description:

The CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist will operate CNC-controlled machines to produce parts meeting the specifications of mechanical drawings. Responsibilities include machine operation and maintenance, quality control, following instructions from blueprints and work instructions, ensuring productivity and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read part drawings
• Experience with sliding headstock CNC lathe operation, preferably on Star, Miyano, or Fanuc controlled machines
• Organized, multi-tasking, team-oriented, self-motivated, with good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Intermediate math skills, attention to detail, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
