$2500 Signing Bonus - 50% paid after 30 days, balance paid after 90 days.

NIGHT SHIFT - 4 Day Schedule - Monday thru Thursday - 4:30pm-3:00am

10% Shift Differential

The CNC Mill Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce parts that meet the dimensional specifications of the mechanical engineered drawing.

Hourly Rate: $22-$36

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain machines to produce quality parts.
2. Understand machining, tool specifications, and material characteristics; load/unload parts; measure and inspect.
3. Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets; verify conformance using precision measuring instruments and SPC.
4. Follow instructions from blueprints, work instructions, process specifications, sketches, and supervisors.
5. Work efficiently to meet goals and ensure product quality.
6. Meet machine utilization and productivity goals, verify cycle times.
7. Start up machines promptly, run through breaks/lunch, and ensure smooth shift changes.
8. Report labor transactions accurately, including clocking on/off jobs.
9. Support 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Report issues to Group Leader or Manager immediately.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to read part drawings.
3. Organized, capable of multitasking multiple machines.
4. Team player, self-motivated, open to new ideas, and willing to increase personal knowledge.
5. Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
6. Intermediate math skills, including geometric and trigonometric formulas, are a plus.
7. Attention to detail for visual inspection with microscopes on small parts.
8. Reliable, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
