The State of Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Foreman at Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility to lead a full-service maintenance team across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and grounds tasks. Workdays are Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours, with supervision of incarcerated individuals when needed and opportunities for advancement.

Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility is a maximum‑security facility located in Pendleton, Indiana, with 391 beds for incarcerated juvenile males. The facility includes multiple general population housing complexes, an admission and orientation unit, and a secure housing area. Its campus‑style layout includes medical services, food and laundry operations, indoor recreation areas, a chapel, and Providence Jr./Sr. High School. Outdoor recreation areas include fields, courts, and a running track. The perimeter is monitored 24/7 to ensure safety. As a Maintenance Foreman at the , you will be responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance needs of the facility. We are a full-service maintenance team that handles a wide variety of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds issues. You will be working Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours a day. In addition, you will be supervising Incarcerated Individuals when needed. We provide excellent customer service and utilize best security/safety practices. There are advancement opportunities for those who want to move into supervisory positions.
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
