Job description

We have a Maintenance Foreman position at our Management Support property with 408 apartment units.

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $32 - $35 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills and personality will yield high productivity. This full-time position is 40 hours per week. Job responsibilities include:

• Learn and follow written policy
• Work under direction of regional asset manager, property supervisor and on-site apartment manager
• Supervise all personnel involved in maintenance and upkeep of property
• Evaluate staff
• Assign and complete service requests
• Purchasing & account for supplies
• Emergency responses

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years experience as maintenance foreman
• HVAC certification
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and building/apartment maintenance and repair
• Rotating schedule for on-call emergency response
• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
• Basic computer and internet skills required
• Familiarity with OneSite Facilities, OpsBuyer, Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
• Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
