Position details:

• Location: Foxboro Townhomes and Ashworth Pointe in West Des Moines, IA
• Competitive pay starting at $27.00 per hour

Your responsibilities include:

• Apartment turnovers
• Maintenance repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• Inspections
• Resident relations

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Team player with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
• Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass background check and drug screening
