Job summary

Alcoa is seeking a Maintenance Process Flow Leader at its Massena, NY site to direct maintenance supervisors and bargaining-unit staff. You will align activities with EHS, ABS, and quality goals, own training plans and ensure safety and efficiency in maintenance execution.

You will manage budgets, drive cost reductions, and mentor direct reports while building strong partnerships with production teams. Strong leadership and experience in industrial manufacturing are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance supervisors and bargaining-unit staff to align with priorities.
• Own training plans and ensure safety, quality and compliance with SSOPs/SPL.
• Manage budgets, staffing and labor hours; drive cost and productivity gains.
• Lead continuous improvement and back up the Maintenance Manager as needed.
• Foster positive employee relations and coordinate with production teams.
• Oversee maintenance planning, asset data and reliability processes.
