Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Foreman to lead a crew responsible for maintaining both existing and newly acquired commercial properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead a crew, possess a solid understanding of landscaping maintenance, and coordinate with other teams as needed. This role involves hands-on work, scheduling oversight, and delivering top-quality service to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the landscaping crew, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
2. Supervise and perform mowing, trimming, blowing, and spraying of various properties.
3. Supervise crew members to maintain safety and quality standards.
4. Coordinate with management to schedule project timelines effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
6. Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
7. Assist other teams and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of landscaping experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
2. Knowledge of commercial landscaping maintenance and plant care.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
5. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
6. Ability to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physical labor.
7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) – not required.
