This position offers up to $28 per hour depending on experience, along with paid PTO, benefits, 401K, and a potential $500 sign-on bonus.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated team member for our General Tree Care Team, responsible for providing high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing, ensuring the health of our clients' landscapes. The Tree Service Crew Lead/Foreman role is a leadership position for qualified individuals approved by branch management, requiring knowledge in crew safety, TCIA Crew Leader Training, and hazard assessment.

What a Day Looks Like

Working outdoors with the team to deliver exceptional tree care services, safely operating equipment, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-5 years of tree care and climbing experience
• Knowledge of pruning practices, species identification, and safety standards
• Ability to operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and specialized climbing equipment
• Leadership experience in guiding a tree care team
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; CDL A/B preferred or willingness to obtain
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
