Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a maintenance technician to keep facility equipment running smoothly. The role requires performing inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while adhering to OSHA and safety guidelines.

You will manage inventory, document work, and assist in general facility upkeep. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work well both independently and with a team in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in industrial environment.
• Mechanical maintenance knowledge including reading blueprints.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre‑shift meetings.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations and policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues; repair or replace parts; request assistance as needed.
• Maintain inventory to complete routine tasks and maintenance.
• Complete documentation timely, accurately and legibly; perform general housekeeping of work areas.
• Other duties as assigned, including highly skilled maintenance tasks (electrical, fabrication, welding, etc.).
