Job summary

Phat Panda in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Technician to keep our cultivation and production facility running smoothly. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role involves repairing warehouse equipment, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with special projects.

You should have some maintenance or general labor experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Location: Spokane Valley, WA (10 minutes from Spokane, 15 minutes from Post Falls, ID)

Pay: $18.50–$20.50 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week — consistent weekly schedule

What You'll Be Doing
  • Facility Repairs: Keep warehouse equipment and building infrastructure in good working order through regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Special Projects: Team up with our Research & Development group on cross-functional projects as they come up.
  • Daily Variety: Handle a mix of mechanical and general labor tasks to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What You'll Need
  • Age: Must be 21 or older (required under Washington's I-502 regulations).
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Some background in maintenance, construction, or general labor work.
  • Physical: Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stay on your feet throughout the shift, and comfortably use warehouse stairs and mezzanines.
