As a team-oriented position, you will coordinate work orders, assist with purchasing, inventory, and vendor relations to ensure quality, patient-centric operations and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-3 years purchasing/supply management experience.
• Vendor relationship development and contact experience.
• Experience working in maintenance/contractor setting.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process resident work orders and enter data daily.
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies and materials with the Director of Plant Operations.
• Maintain inventory control and prepare related reports.
• Utilize maintenance software to manage day-to-day work orders.
• Assist with vendor contract management and invoice processing.
• Support all maintenance initiatives and HIPAA compliance.
