Qualifications

• 2–3 years purchasing/supply management experience.
• Vendor relationship development experience.
• Experience working in maintenance/contractor setting with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support mission and collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist residents promptly.
• Assist Director of Plant Operations with scheduling and procurement.
• Enter work orders into maintenance software and track progress.
• Coordinate supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
• Complete annual compliance and HIPAA training as required.
