Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of supervisory maintenance/housekeeping experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and housekeeping practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Oversee daily operations including repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning schedules.
• Conduct inspections to assess facility conditions and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
