The role oversees repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and staff training, with 3+ years in a supervisory maintenance or housekeeping role in healthcare or senior living. This position is on-site with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in maintenance/housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and housekeeping practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and cleanliness.
