McDonald's Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Person to uphold exceptional interior and exterior cleanliness and to maintain restaurant equipment at a franchisee-operated location. You will join a maintenance team that supports you with the tools and training needed to succeed, working under franchisee supervision.

The role involves hands-on tasks to keep the restaurant safe and inviting, with responsibilities ranging from fryer oil filtration to window cleaning and preventive upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and restaurant equipment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
