Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our corporate-owned restaurant team. The role focuses on interior and exterior cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment to support a safe, efficient operation.

You’ll perform tasks such as oil fryer filtration, exterior grounds maintenance, window and restroom cleaning, stock room organization, and light bulb changes, contributing to a clean, inviting guest experience.

Qualifications

• Maintenance-focused role ensuring interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Team-based responsibilities including cleaning, equipment upkeep, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
