Industrial Pallet Corp is seeking a Fabricator/Welder to join our Maintenance team. You will respond to equipment needs, fabricate and repair components, and help return machinery to operation quickly and safely.

You will work closely with Maintenance, Production, prioritizing safety and quality workmanship to improve long-term equipment reliability. The ideal candidate reads engineering drawings, operates MIG/TIG/Arc welders and related tools, and communicates clearly across maintenance and

Qualifications

• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding with ability to produce sound welds.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, sketches to fabricate parts.
• Experience operating welding machines, cutting torches, grinders, presses and lathes safely.

Responsibilities

• Safety & downtime response: prioritize safety and fast, safe repairs.
• Fabrication & welding: fabricate/repair parts, ensure weld quality.
• Preventive maintenance: support PM schedules and prep parts ahead of downtime.
• Blueprints & measurements: interpret drawings to produce parts to spec.
• Tools & materials: operate welding-related tools and manage supplies.
• Documentation & communication: update work orders and report issues.
• Housekeeping & teamwork: maintain organized area and coordinate with teams.
