Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Longshore Commons in Savannah, GA. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure safety, appearance, and operational standards across the community, responding quickly to resident maintenance requests and restoring service.

We value hands-on skills in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair, plus the ability to troubleshoot and manage basic budget considerations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years maintenance experience; apartment maintenance preferred
• HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain within 90 days
• Valid driver's license (no major violations)
• CPO certification if required by location

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Manager to meet safety, appearance and operating standards for the community
• Respond quickly to resident maintenance requests and repair or restore service
• Collaborate with team to exceed resident expectations and maintain quality service
