Job summary

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America is seeking a Maintenance & Equipment Reliability Coordinator in Russells Point, OH. You will coordinate plant maintenance operations, manage equipment service technicians, and optimize Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) within Maximo CMMS.

You will analyze downtime data to improve MTBF/MTTR metrics, identify hidden failures, and perform critical cost analyses to balance repair vs. replacement decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
• 2-8 years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of IBM Maximo CMMS.
• Practical understanding of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Ability to work in automated manufacturing environments with overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities and direct equipment service technicians and shift leaders.
• Analyze downtime data in Maximo CMMS to calculate MTBF/MTTR and identify failure frequencies.
• Identify hidden machinery failures and implement root cause countermeasures to prevent line stoppages.
• Conduct PPA analyses and repair-versus-replace cost assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate total maintenance activities, directing equipment service technicians and shift team leaders.
• Analyze equipment downtime data in Maximo CMMS to calculate MTBF and MTTR and identify failure frequencies.
• Ascertain hidden machinery failures and engineer root cause countermeasures to prevent line stoppages.
• Perform critical equipment analyses (PPA) and repair-versus-replace financial assessments.
• Develop, audit, and improve preventative and predictive maintenance job plans.
