Job summary

LSP USA LLC is seeking skilled Maintenance Equipment Engineers to join our growing team across Matteson, IL; Warren, OH; Lansing, MI; and Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role focuses on keeping industrial equipment running smoothly and involves preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, develop maintenance schedules, work with operations teams, and document activities in CMMS.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance or a similar engineering role.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures and implement repairs.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
