Bethany Life in Story City, IA is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to perform basic upkeep across facilities and members' homes, including handyman repairs, painting, moving, snow removal, and lawn care. The role also covers completing preventative maintenance tasks and helping respond to maintenance requests to keep spaces safe and welcoming.

PURPOSE: Conducts basic maintenance at Bethany Life facilities and members independent homes, includes responsibility of all upkeep and repair duties including maintain green spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to clients/member's maintenance requests
