WesleyLife in Atlantic, IA is seeking a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional. You will perform advanced repairs across light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, conduct safety inspections, maintain grounds, coordinate with contractors, and transport residents to appointments.

We offer a full-time schedule with 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shifts, weekend rotation, and on-call duties. Benefits include health care, 401(k), DailyPay, tuition support, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
