Timberland Village, part of Bethany Life, is seeking a caring Caregiver (Personal Companion with Medication Manager) to support elders in assisted living. You will provide care, companionship, and help with daily activities, while monitoring changes and alerting nurses as needed.

The role offers full-time hours (6am-2pm), weekend/holiday rotation, and strong benefits, including health/dental/vision, 403B, EAP, and continuing education opportunities. CPR certification is required within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Positive and professional work attitude in all responsibilities.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

What you'll do as a Personal Companion (Caregiver):

• Provide care, supervision and support for elders in Assisted Living
• Assist with activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of tenants
• Provide companionship, friendship and emotional support to tenants during daily activities and during transition or difficult times
• Alert changes in condition of tenants to nurse managers

Shifts Available:

• Full-time; 6am - 2pm
• Other Occasional hours, as needed
• Every other weekend and Every other holiday requirement

Requirements

• Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must demonstrate a positive and professional work attitude in all aspects or performing job responsibilities
• Previous Caregiver experience preferred
• CPR certificate must be obtained within 6 months of hire
