Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects across facilities, equipment, utilities, and safety. You will coordinate day-to-day processes, manage timelines and budgets, and drive improvements to keep operations running at peak performance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, documentation, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to partner with a committed team in a growing fiberglass production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Autodesk tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, contractors, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and keep projects moving forward.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation while communicating progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Support facility, utility, equipment, and safety-related projects that improve operational performance and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Build strong working relationships through clear communication and collaboration across teams.
