Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Project Manager to lead cross‑functional maintenance and engineering projects, safeguarding safety, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with operations, contractors, and suppliers to move work forward with clarity.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage schedules and documentation, and support facility, utility, equipment, and safety initiatives to boost reliability and performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or engineering.
• Experience managing manufacturing/industrial maintenance projects.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Autodesk tools; AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation.
• Support facility, utility, equipment, and safety-related projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through clear communication across teams.
