Job summary

TAI is seeking a senior Maintenance and Engineering Leader to oversee maintenance and engineering operations at our Fort Worth manufacturing facility. You will drive equipment reliability, lead continuous improvement, and partner with operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-performing plant operations.

You will coach a skilled team, manage preventative and predictive maintenance, monitor KPIs like OEE and MTBF, and lead capital projects from planning through implementation while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in maintenance, engineering, reliability in manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading maintenance or reliability teams.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficient using CMMS data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance and engineering professionals.
• Promote proactive maintenance culture with root cause analysis.
• Manage preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor KPIs: OEE, availability, PM compliance, downtime.
• Lead capital projects and plant improvements.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with operations to align maintenance with production goals.
