Muhr und Bender KG is seeking a Maintenance and Engineering leader to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will direct maintenance, repair, installation, and improvement of machinery, equipment, tools, and facilities, coordinating across departments to keep lines running smoothly.

Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance, lead capital projects, manage budgets, and drive cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field; minimum five years of related maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop employees.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Directs maintenance and engineering to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
• Oversees repair, maintenance, installation, and improvement of machinery, equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Develops and maintains preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Leads engineering projects related to equipment, processes, facilities, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Plans, budgets, and executes capital improvement projects for equipment, technology, processes, and facilities.
• Coordinates outside contractors, vendors, and suppliers for maintenance and engineering projects.
• Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Develops departmental budgets and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of new technologies and supports implementation when appropriate.
