Job summary

The Dillard House, a Farm Resort, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and structures across its resort and restaurant facilities. You will perform HVAC servicing, assist with life safety systems, uphold OSHA compliance, and maintain daily records and preventative maintenance schedules.

Candidates should be hands-on, reliable, with experience in welding and pipe work, and able to respond to guest and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining resort/hospitality facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and structures across facilities.
