Job summary

Leisure Hotel Resort seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure safe, efficient operation of our resort facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to deliver high guest comfort and safety. You will respond to guest and staff requests, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and collaborate with other departments to meet regulatory standards.

Hospitality experience and relevant licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role, preferably in hospitality or resort environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are preferred.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption.
