Job summary

Bilstein Cold Rolled Steel LP is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in Bowling Green, KY. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems with strict safety adherence.

You will document work orders and support continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced team. Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1 year of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience; an Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a general maintenance mindset with safety and procedural discipline.
• Mechanical maintenance experience: at least 1 year (Required).
• Electrical maintenance experience: at least 1 year (Required).
• Experience with rolling mill or similar process equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot facility and auxiliary equipment across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Follow safety practices including LOTO and contribute to safe work environment.
• Document maintenance calls, repairs, PMs and work orders in the CMMS system.
• Read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in root-cause analyses.
