First Quality Tissue in Lock Haven, PA is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to drive reliability improvements and lead RCA efforts on high-speed equipment. You will plan maintenance, implement improvements, and collaborate with maintenance teams to sustain top performance in a manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes safety, on-floor teamwork, and delivering measurable uptime gains through structured maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment or 5 years with an Associate's degree.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Advanced knowledge of technology and mechanics.
• Knowledge of CAD software including AutoCAD and Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to improving machine reliability through root cause analysis.
• Lead RCA investigations and develop repair procedures.
• Develop cost-effective preventive maintenance procedures.
• Plan and implement projects to improve equipment reliability.
• Mentor maintenance teams and promote continuous improvement.
