Job summary

Schneider Electric Corp is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to enhance reliability and uptime of manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes RCA, TPM, and data-driven improvements across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Reporting to Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will lead root cause analyses, develop preventive programs, and collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure safe, high-quality equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance/reliability engineering in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex automated manufacturing equipment and identifying root causes.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, availability, and maintainability of manufacturing equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support for equipment issues (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, sensors, automation).
• Lead root cause analysis using 5-Why, Pareto analysis, and FMEA; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain preventive/predictive maintenance programs based on criticality and history.
• Analyze performance using OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and failure trends to identify improvements.
• Utilize SAP/CMMS to maintain records, maintenance plans, and BOMs.
