Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, budgets, and capital projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive/predictive maintenance and work orders.
• Ability to read manuals, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, OSHA/Cal-OSHA, EPA and related codes.
• Proven ability to drive reliability and uptime improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity (Global Shop Solutions preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians for preventive, corrective, and emergency work.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC centers, CMM/metrology equipment, and facility systems.
• Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs and PM schedules.
• Analyze downtime and implement root-cause and continuous-improvement actions.
• Plan repairs, installations, shutdowns, and capital projects.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; manage suppliers and spare parts.
• Collaborate with Facilities, EH&S, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with OSHA/Cal-OSHA and environmental rules.
• Establish emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel; optimize staffing.
