Job summary

Westminster Woods on Julington Creek is hiring a Maintenance Technician 3 to support daily upkeep of our Jacksonville community and residences. You will supervise staff on repairs and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, reliable building systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 8 years related experience, and a strong skill set in maintenance, with preferred A/C gas licensing. Westminster offers competitive pay and benefits in a mission-driven environment.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician 3 to will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residences and direct other staff members on repairs and maintenance matters.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:
